Dynamic Stretching

Please join our dynamic stretching coach Frankie Grenham on Saturdays starting Feb. 28, at 10 AM. This practice is also known as yoga, but we are removing its heavy spiritual component and focusing on the physical aspect. We will hold a 30-minute session, and then the gym will be open for all to train. Practicing dynamic stretching increases mobility and flexibility and supports injury prevention. The session will conclude with a meditation to cultivate mindfulness and focus, helping you perform in the ring and gain a competitive mental advantage over your opponent.
